Frequently asked questions

Less confusion.More peace.

Everything people usually ask about the brand, the merch, submitting stories, and what happens after you click send.

The brand

What is Escape the Drama?

Escape the Drama is a lifestyle and humor brand built around boundaries, peace, group-chat fatigue, workplace nonsense, and knowing when not to get involved.

Is this a mental health or counseling service?

No. The site is for entertainment, relatable content, practical boundary-minded resources, and merchandise. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or crisis care.

What does “Protect Your Peace” mean here?

It means choosing where your attention goes, setting reasonable boundaries, and recognizing that not every argument, message, rumor, or conflict needs your participation.

Orders & merch

What kinds of products do you sell?

The core collection includes shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs, and other simple merch built around Escape the Drama sayings and themes.

How do I know what size to order?

Use the sizing information shown on the product page. If a dedicated size guide is available, it will be linked from the shop and footer.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on the item and fulfillment method. Current estimates should be shown at checkout or on the shipping and returns page.

Can I return or exchange something?

Return and exchange terms depend on the item and fulfillment method. See Shipping & Returns for the current policy.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Potentially. If you are interested in bulk orders, events, team purchases, or retail resale, use the Wholesale page or contact us.

Drama submissions

Can I submit a story anonymously?

Yes. The submission form is designed so you can leave out your name if you want. Do not include information that could identify private people unless you have permission to share it.

Will everything submitted be published?

No. Submissions may be reviewed, edited, declined, shortened, combined, or never published at all. Sending something does not guarantee that it will appear on the site.

Can my story be edited?

Yes. If a submission is used, it may be edited for length, clarity, tone, privacy, or legal and safety reasons.

What should I leave out of a submission?

Avoid full names, addresses, phone numbers, workplace identifiers, account details, medical information, private messages copied without permission, or anything that could reasonably put someone at risk.

Where do I submit something?

Use the Submit Your Drama page.

Privacy

What happens when I send a form?

Forms may be processed through a third-party form service so the message can be delivered. Only submit information you are comfortable sending through an online form.

Will you sell my email address?

No. Email addresses should only be used for the purpose stated when you provide them, such as responding to a message or sending updates you requested.

Where can I read the full privacy policy?
